   •    Management and administration of the services offered by Viva Houses.

Please note that, in our hospitality division, we use third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Expedia, which handle data in accordance with their own privacy notices.

Website Use:

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Any misuse of the website, including illegal or unauthorized activities, is strictly prohibited.

Limited Liability:

Viva Houses strives to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content. The use of the information on this site is at the sole responsibility of the user.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the brands Cubiro, Dave & Nat Hosting, Viva Houses (real estate), and Beyond—as well as all website content—are the property of Viva Houses S.A. de C.V. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express permission is prohibited.

Reservation Process:

Reservations may be made directly through our WhatsApp number, contact form on the website, or through external platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com. We recommend contacting us directly for better control of the process. For reservations outside external platforms, a refundable security deposit may be required at the end of the stay to cover any potential damages.

Specific Policies:

    •    Dave & Nat Hosting:
Moderate cancellation policy: cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a 100% refund.
   •    Cubiro (Interior Design):
Interior design projects require a 100% upfront payment of the budgeted amount listed in the Look & Feel document, which is used to develop the Mood Board.
In the event of cancellation after the design process has begun, a penalty proportional to the project’s progress will apply—this is determined at the studio’s discretion. Only work completed up to that point will be delivered.
After one week of receiving the initial payment, the amount is non-refundable.
For the execution phase, a 20% fee will be applied to both furniture and labor costs. If the project is canceled after work has begun, the fee corresponding to the progress made will be non-refundable.
   •    Viva Houses (Real Estate):
Real estate transactions are governed by specific contracts. In the event of cancellation, the procedures set forth in said contracts, reservation agreements, or documents signed by both parties will apply.
